1) inform you prior to the groom if a bitch comes into season
2) inform you of my dog being unwell or is not at least 21 days free of a contagious illness (example kennel cough)
3) inform you if my dog has shown aggression or been aggressive to any other dog or person
4) inform you that my dog is under investigation for the Dangerous Dogs Act or has a contingent court order
5) inform you that the dog has been tested and is now under IED
6) keep up to date with inoculation’s or have an up to date titre test
* If this was to change before a walk and is not going to be renewed. Inform me of this before an appointment
